JAMES M. O’REILLY,
is the founder and past President of the Nevada State Bar Section
on Elder Law and has the distinction of being the first Certified
Elder Law Attorney in Nevada. He has limited his practice to
serving the specialized needs of Nevada’s elderly and
disabled. He works exclusively on long-term care/Medicaid asset
protection planning, guardianships, special needs trusts, income
reduction trusts (Miller trusts), estate planning, and probates.
He is a regular speaker on
elder law topics for Nevada State Bar continuing legal education
programs and an esteemed member of the National Academy of Elder
Law Attorneys and the Special Needs Alliance.
Mr. O’Reilly maintains
an active involvement in the legal world and the community as
they relate to his practice of elder law. His commitment to
assisting his clients, senior citizens and the disabled is reflected
in his professional activities, published articles and many
public appearances.
